That is not an authentic Electrolux, the real Electroluxes, are bullet shaped and have electric L-Shaped power nozzles. I have no idea who makes that Electrolux, but i can assure you that is not the vacuum i own now, and certainly not the ones i grew up with…
dude that is the electrolux twin clean, i sell that model, i dont know what model you have but this is the twin clean
Nice vid! The Electrolux does not have a powerhead. But, in your opinion, is Wertheim better than Meile? I noticed that at Godfreys, they don’t sell the Meile’s, but mostly the Wertheims.
Wertheim 5035 is the best vacuum on the market today for dirt removal. Why else do you buy a vacuum cleaner for, but for dirt removal and filtration. There is a new model Wertheim 6030 coming out this month avalable at all Godfreys stores throughout Australia and New Zealand.
Electrolux twin clean does have a powerbrush but it doesn’t vibrate, so it’s pretty useless on carpet. The Wertheim without a powerhead isnt better than a Miele, but with the powerhead nothing will clean better than a Wertheim. And yes, Godfreys do sell Miele vacuum cleaners, they range from $399 up to $1499 with a powerhead.
Yeah, I searched it up and it does, it just doesn’t look anything like other powerheads. do you prefer the Wetheim powerhead, to Meile’s cordless powerhead? Wertheim seem to be the best vacuum cleaners.
Yep, if you pay a lot of money on a vacuum for example $1400 on the Wertheim 5035 you are guaranteed for it to be good. You get what you pay for.
Oh, sorry its macdonaldjohnstonfan commenting, I forgot that my brother was still logged on.
I know, but they have changed. My grandad has one of those early 1980 Electrolux vacuums, but the motor blew, and he is trying to fix it. He also has some electorluxes from the late 50′s and the 60′s, still working fine!!
Great video here. We dont have Wertheim in the UK (whats the global website?) but Im impressed. I have Miele and Sebo models (in Aus, you have Kleenmaid VC500). Good test here although to be fair you did pass the floor a bit more with the Wertheim! Although the Bissell doesn’t have variable control all would have an air outlet valve on the handle which lessens the suction. Bear in mind that just having a hose isn’t going make the product lighter overall though.
holy shit so many paragraphs from like fricken vacume cleaner nerds or something lol
I got wertheim 5035 from Godreys, Mt wellington, Auckland and i think that is the BEST vacuum cleaner in the world. I think Godfreys has got a new model now..and i.e is wertheim 6030… 6030′s powerhead has got a dirt sensor…n thats awesome.
Godfreys has the latest machine from Wertheim. Its called a 6030. I bought one last week. This machine is THE best cleaner on the market. I was sold on the “Sand” test from Godfreys, but when I did my mattress, I was amazed at how much allegen causing e crap came out. EVERYONE MUST BUY ONE! this machine is amazing!
From my experience Fixing and selling vacuums, I’d have to say, the 6030 is not that much better than the 5030. The 6030 has some design influence from the miele revolution. So you can use is it on all surfaces better due to the height adjuster on the head. Dirt retention from carpets is the same, same type of bags, same motor (heart of gold), Same materials used on body (polycarbonate), Same filtration system(HEPA)etc… Best Value for money is the 5035.
we got the 6030, my wife is using it as i write this. It quite good and get right down to the depths of the carpet. But i suppose for $1500 it should.
Can we get a Comparison Video on Miele vs Wertheim Canisters? I am about to purchase a Miele here in the States, but the Wertheim just caught my eye, but even doing a google search, I cannot find much info on the Wertheim. I need to know which is the best out of the two.
Is it good if a vacuum really sucks?
?????????????????????
the twinclean was only on low power, would’ve cleared that flour easily if it was on the higher setting
yes the harder it sucks the better it is
I think you’ve got it, Blacky (*_~)
Yea, 6030 is brilliant, i work for Godfreys and its by far my favourite machine. Did you pay $1499?
i think we ended up paying $1299 but we got 5 free services 2 free heads valued at $60 each so it was not too bad. my work mate paid the full $1500 price for it. our other vacuums have always been dyson and we will never go back.
yea, dyson are rubbish. We have tonnes of people come in and ask if we sell them as their one just blew up, and they spent $800 6 months ago, very sad. Yea, if you pay full price with no drop, you can get a stea, works.
