How To Untangle Vacuum Cord From A Hoover Vacuum Cleaner?
The model is a Hoover Dimension 1000 vacuum cleaner type canister.
The cord is tangled up inside so I can no pull out the plug. I can’t figure out how to take it apart so I can untangle it.

Sometimes you can get the cord out by using continuous little tugs.
EDITED TO ADD:
It probably has quirky screw heads and you will need to take it to a Sew & Vac store where they will have the tools needed to open the housing and get the cord out.
Hold on to it when retracing so it winds slowly.
